Two Weeks Ago I Asked Myself "Why Doesn't  My Body Look Aesthetic? And When Will I Get Rid of My Sexy Fat Belly?


In this blog i will try to answer these questions, but let me introduce myself first.

   My name is Abdelrahman, I'm an Egyptian guy who lives in Cairo. Well, if I'm going to mention something related to this blog title, then it'd be my body figure. Let me tell you that i was fatter last weak than i'm now, and i had a bigger belly.

I started working out 2 weeks ago, and even though it's not an adequate period of time to feel the change, but i feel it anyway. Because  i'm still motivated to reach my goal even with my current progress, that is, to look aesthetically pleasing to be a well shaped man, no matter how long it takes me to get it.

   Well, I will try to share some of my thoughts and motivators. As i like my thoughts well arranged, i'm going to represent them as items.

Why Do You Need To Workout?


1. You Need It For Your Health

Of  course, it'd help your organs to function better. Not to mention that it'd synchronize  your diet and helps to detox your vital organs.

2. You Need It To Brighten Your Mind

Practicing sports in general influences the mind and body. That connection between your mind and your body is turned on when you practice your workout.

3. You Need It Because Females don't like fat bellies 

   No wonder, but we all know that most girls get attracted to muscular well shaped men, so why not?

4. You Need It Because You Can Do It Anytime Anywhere With Zero Costs

     If you're that lazy person who doesn't like to go to the gym and spend more time in crowded places, then you can do it at home, in your room, balcony, yard, ... etc. And you don't have to buy devices or dumbbells, just your bare hands and sporty clothes.

How Am I Doing It? 

1. Know Your Body Type

There are three basic human body types: the endomorph, characterized by a preponderance of body fat; the mesomorph, marked by a well-developed musculature; and the ectomorph, distinguished by a lack of much fat or muscle tissue. It's all about the illusion these structures create. An ectomorph will naturally look skinner than he or she is, an endomorph will look heavier even when ripped, and a mesomorph will look well proportioned even with a little added weight. The goal: Make yourself look like a mesomorph even if you're not.

2. Abs

Start with abs, I believe that abs is from where you should start your training. Because it's the core of your accumulated fats. Even if you don't intend to work out for the day, you may need to feel the burn. The ache. The surprise of discovering stomach muscles you never knew you had.

3. Music

Listen to the bubbly music you like while training, not necessarily gym common  music, but you can create  your own list of music/songs that enhance your mood to help you enjoy your workout time.

4. Diversity

I believe that repeating the same training every time is kinda routine, so you need to change your techniques from time to time to give your body the maximum benefit of your workout time.

5. Killing it

You always hear that slang "kill it" at the gym, so why not considering it the slogan of your daily workout. And i mean here that you should try to exceed the limits of your past training and try extra hard to outdo your last training record.

6. Water

When you're not drinking enough fluids, your body retains water to prevent dehydration. So sipping nature's beverage can actually reduce water retention. Drinking water also prevents constipation, which is another cause of a bloated belly.

7. Youtube

Youtube is full of bazillions videos of fitness exercises tutorials. I recommend you watch as many videos as you can for verified channels. That will help you gaining more experience and  inspire you with good ideas about fitness.

8. Fitness Friends

Your fitness friend is an important item in your fitness journey. He or she could be your neighbor, co-worker, collegue, real friend, and even an online friend. Try always to discuss fitness with those who are interested in it.

9. Social Media

Follow your fitness role models and trainers on social media to get motivated by their posts.

10. You

It is YOU who will make your wishes come true. YOU are the script writer of your fitness book journey, so don't make it stop at some page without finishing the book. You should train like an athlete. There's a big difference in trying to coast your way through a workout and work your way through a workout.


11. What Then?

You are an aesthetic healthy person who lived up to the hype and will outdo yourself whenever you face any incoming challenges as long as you're alive.
